Inside the GrowerOS build: farm labor, production, inventory, traceability, and reporting connected around a grower’s operation.
Build case study · Implemented workflows · Demo imagery

Farm work crosses departments. Crews and timecards affect labor reporting; harvest and production feed inventory; lots need to connect with shipments. When these records live in separate tools, the office has to reconstruct the story.
GrowerOS brings these workflows into one application organized around employees, crews, sites, jobs, timecards, and production. The build also includes inventory, shipment, traceability, cost, and export screens so the system can be configured around the operation’s required handoffs.
Employees, crews, sites and blocks, jobs, timecards, production records, scan station, and approvals.
Inventory items and lots, receiving and shipments, and traceability lookup linking lots to available block, crew, pallet, and shipment records.
Labor and product cost views, budgets, overhead, and audit-pack exports covering selected employee, timecard, production, and document records.
PickTrace import screens expose import progress, coverage, and reconciliation information. Source data, mappings, and required exports still need validation for each farm.
The implemented structure gives a grower a shared place to manage related operational records and review their connections. This is a build case study, not a claim of measured customer savings. Deployment scope and integrations vary by farm.
The public demo illustrates the product; it does not establish that every integration is configured for your farm. Food safety report templates and evidence collection are a separate build that can be scoped alongside GrowerOS. Audit-pack exports alone do not establish PrimusGFS compliance.
This project is an example of what we can build. Your screens, forms, terminology, crew structure, approvals, and reports will be designed around the way your team actually works. We map that process together before agreeing on the build.
